The file is great except the holes that you would put the cross into are too small. I had to cut larger holes but it worked just fine after that.

I have been unable to get this out. I’ve tried numerous times on quarter inch Baltic Birch and all it does is burn the wood. Are used recommended a Glowforge Settings, and I tried lowering the settings after the first time I burnt the wood. So if you have any ideas as to why this is happening I’ll take him other than that the files are useless to me
