Digital File Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase of digital files from The X Laser Files for laser cutting and other CNC machines. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

Due to the nature of digital products, which can be easily duplicated, downloaded, and used immediately upon purchase, we have a strict NO REFUNDS and NO CANCELLATIONS policy.

Once your order is processed and the digital files are made available to you, we cannot offer refunds or accept cancellations for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• Lack of software or equipment compatibility
• Mistakes made by the customer during the purchasing process
• Unintended purchases

File Formats:

All our digital files are provided in a Zip file which includes the following formats: SVG, DXF, PDF, AI & EPS. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary software to open and use these file formats.

Technical Issues:

We are committed to providing high-quality digital files. If you encounter any technical issues with the files themselves (e.g., corrupted files upon download), please contact us immediately at shop@thexlaserfiles.com and we will make every effort to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file. This does not constitute a refund or cancellation.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refunds and No Cancellations policy, as well as the License of the Files.
