  • Can I use the files to sell the items I make?

    • Cut pieces with this file for personal and commercial use
    • Use your own photos for advertising anywhere

  • Can I use this file to cut on a Cricut, CNC router, or vinyl machine?
  • Yes, these files can be used on other cutting machines. However, they are optimized for laser cutting. Results may vary depending on your machine and settings.

  • Can I resize the files? Can I edit the text?
    You can resize the files to fit your needs, but the text is not editable. When resizing files with joints, ensure you understand how to resize vector files properly.

  • Will the pieces fit? (only for files with joints)
    It's difficult to guarantee a perfect fit. Factors like your material, machine calibration, and cutting settings all influence the final result. Always measure your material with calipers and perform test cuts before cutting the final piece. Use vector design software to adjust the file if needed.

  • What file types are included?

  • Can I order a custom design?
    We aren't currently taking custom design orders, but we welcome suggestions for new files! 
  • What materials did you use in your photos?
    The images on our site are 3D renders, not photos. This allows us to showcase our designs creatively. We typically use MDF, plywood, and acrylic for our physical products. We recommend sourcing materials locally.

  • Can I use your images to advertise the pieces I make with the files?
    You cannot use our images for advertising. However, you are welcome to take photos of your finished pieces and use those for promotional purposes.
  • Can I order the physical pieces?
     To purchase physical pieces, please contact a local laser cutting business and provide them with the link to the design you want. They can purchase the files and cut the pieces for you.
