Best customer service I have experienced. I needed something adjusted to the file due to my preference and they were so accommodating and helped me out right away. Files are so easy to work with and they are so beautiful. Definitely recommend this shop. I bought multiple files and one is better than the other. Thank you!!!! Looking forward to new files.
